- The item must not have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way.
- A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the return, depending on your payment provider. Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
- If you received a gift and wish to return it, we will provide a store credit or exchange, as we cannot process a refund without the original payment information.
