  • Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, we offer overnight delivery (next business day). Please note that orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (ET) for next-day delivery to apply.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $75, shipping fees will be calculated based on the delivery method selected at checkout.

3. Shipping to Domestic Locations

We ship to all U.S. addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Generally, domestic shipments are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.

  • Continental U.S.: Typically 3-7 business days for standard shipping.
  • Alaska and Hawaii: May take 7-10 business days, depending on the shipping method.

4. International Shipping

Currently, Starrynapo ships only within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact our customer service team at info@starrynapo.com for potential international shipping options or future availability.

5. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
  • Please note that during busy periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing and shipping times may take longer than usual.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.
